We have our own API, which sits on AWS servers and is built to achieve ease of integration and scalability in peak periods. Our technology is proven and we receive over 3 million orders per annum to produce and/or fulfil.
Our API will enable a seamless way of file sharing between your E-commerce site and our facilities. The data transfer can be instant, we will send you a post back upon successfully receiving the data transmission (typically a JSON file) and we can send you multiple staged post backs at different parts of the production process. We then send a final post back to confirm the item has been shipped and if it has been sent tracked that will contain a Shipping URL.
ESP Smile provides complete transparency of where your product is so you can provide your customer with the same level of information. We are confident in our abilities and will provide you with automated SLA reports based on agreed SLA's.
Our API accepts multiple coding languages and the code is transformed into SKU specific information to enable us to produce and Pick and Pack request for that specific item. Multiple items can be sent in the same data transmission (JSON file) and they will all be consolidated to ensure, where possible, only one shipment is created.
Couriers are integrated directly into the system so tracking information can be provided directly to a client's system as soon as the item has been packed.
The system is robust enough to handle high volumes of simultaneous orders with no upper limit on how many orders can be received.

Integration in summary
Integration typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your development resource (we can help).
As soon as you receive the order from your customer, you send the order to ESP Smile via its API.
ESP will send a post back confirming receipt.
The order will either be batched for production or a fulfilment order will be created ensuring quality checks at each stage of the process.
The order will be produced and fulfilled ensuring all items within the order go out together.
ESP will send a post back to your desired system to confirm it's been shipped along with any relevant tracking data.
